Comments: We hired AFM Inspections and Engineering for the complete re-gut of our apartment on the UWS. We worked with Andrew to submit plans to DOB Manhattan. Andrew was very responsive throughout the whole process, he understood our obstacles, needs and wants, and did his best to accommodate everything. He knew we had a timeline to move into the apartment, and worked hard past regular office hours to complete our design plans. I was amazed that we got our plans approved within a few days. Marmo to certify a load bearing wall between the kitchen and living space.
